Welcome to your home "MOT" - A home maintenance and preventative check designed to give you the information to maintain your property and avoid key risks that could result in an incident or insurance claim.
Each Home MOT report is designed to be easily read and understood and contains a traffic light alert system and includes the trades required to undertake the repairs required to rectify the problem :
- Red - Immediate repair required
- Amber - Attention required asap
- Green - No current repairs required
The Home MOT is a visual inspection that covers the exterior and interior of the property in the following key areas:
- Structure
- Access
- Kitchen and cooking
- Electricity
- Gas / Central heating /Open heating appliances
- Detection devises and extinguishers
- Water and Moisture
- Security
Following the survey, we will provide a no obligation quotation to carry out any remedial works highlighted.
Please note - The Home MOT does not replace and cannot be used as a substitute for the annual Landlord /Home Owner Gas Safety Record inspection (GP) by a gas safe engineer or the electrical periodic inspection by a qualified NICEIC or ECA electrician
