As a franchisee you will be responsible for managing your business and tradesmen, ensuring customer satisfaction, and satisfying Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements. Ideally you will become the preferred supplier in your area and provide a quality service to all clients resulting in repeat business.
Initially you will need to carry out surveys, manage tradesmen & manage the homeowners expectations. Essentially, manage your business and deliver a quality service. You will need to make use of sub contractors at commencement of franchise, and as the business grows then begin to take on full time trades people. In due course, employment of a Contracts Manager will be carried out.
At Head Office we provide franchisees with jobs via our national operations centre at Blackburn. Support is provided to both you and our clients through our customer service teams but the franchisee has equal responsibility for obtaining works themselves.
