All Trades provides ongoing office and field based support from day one. We can send you works that our partners require carrying out in your area, and help with recruitment of sub contractors and trades people if required. Support is also provided in the following areas:-
In all these aspects you will be given support as well as access to our state of the art bespoke software programme. Internet based, it helps to manage, monitor, cost and report the progress of jobs, as well as managing and reporting the expectations of our clients by way of Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements’s (SLA’s).
You will also be provided with uniforms for your tradesmen and branded stationary, and have the option to purchase a wide range of All Trades branded items.
All our new franchisees receive training, and continued support throughout their work. The training generally covers 1 week at Head Office in Blackburn. However the training is designed to meet the needs of the individual franchise owner dependant on experience.
This is then followed by up to 5 further days training and support where, when and if required. The training will cover the business background, how we operate, other franchise owners, your territory and a detailed insight into the training we provide.
You will also be given full training in how to use our bespoke software programme, that enables organised communication between All Trades, franchisees and clients.
