Is my area exclusive to me?
On average, there are 120,000 private households per territory, plus commercial properties and council owned properties. You will have exclusive rights to operate in the designated area and you can operate outside of the area if territory is vacant.
What sort of turnover can I expect?
For the year 2007- 2008 the average turnover of new franchisees was £230,000. However many franchisees have achieved more than this. Our Franchisee in Birmingham achieved £365,000 in his first year (2006) Our Franchisee in Halifax achieved £500,000 (2007) Our Franchisee in Essex achieved £275,000 (2006) The current profit margins being achieved stand at 28-36%.

Will I receive any training?
All our new franchisees receive training, and continued support throughout their work. The training generally covers 1 week at Head Office in Blackburn. However the training is designed to meet the needs of the individual franchisee dependant on experience. This is then followed by up to 10 further days training and support where, when and if required.
Can I obtain finance?
If you require finance to purchase the franchise, we can put you in touch with the leading banks such as Nat West and RBS, where we have favourable working relationships. They will, subject to you meeting their criteria, lend you up to 70% of the total amount required, inclusive of working capital. We can also help you prepare a business plan for submission to a Bank for funding requirements (if required). What is the next step?
