If your light bulb has blown, or you want to replace it with a higher efficiency one, follow the steps below.

Step 1
Turn of the light bulb fixture and allow to fully cool. (It is also recommended the power is turned off at the fuse box).

Step 2
Grasp the bulb lightly to ensure it doesn’t break and turn anti-clockwise until it is released from the socket.

Step 3
Take the new light bulb, ensuring it is the correct wattage and screw in clockwise until it is in place.

Step 4
Turn the power back on to ensure the lightbulb works properly.

Step 5
Ensure the old light bulb is properly disposed of, as glass shards can be dangerous. It can be wrapped in the old packaging of the new light bulb.
