Authorised users and clients can access ATOMS through any pc connected to the internet using a standard web browser.
Each user is assigned a small key fob which generates a unique password for each access to the system, eliminating security breaches due to stolen, shared, lost or forgotten passwords.

The workflow system breaks a job down into different phases which can be processed by different users or departments. Task performed during a given phase can be restricted and guided by on-screen instructions.

A sophisticated KPI system monitors all jobs in the system. It has been designed to assist in meeting KPIs through automated early warnings and proactive notifications via sms, voice mail or fax
Online Document Generation
Correspondence can be generated from the built in word processor and automatically filed against each job.
Standard templates for commonly used letters can be created and automatically filled in with job details when used.
Photos taken on site can be uploaded and filled against each job for easy reference and distribution.
ATOMS provides facilities to send faxes, sms, emails, voice messages. It also generates custom reports which collates all related information (spreadsheets, letters, photos, reports) for submission.
Surveyors can build detailed schedule of works and costs for different areas of a property quickly and accurately using a menu driven system.
Alternatively, ATOMS also allows Surveyors to download and upload detailed costing spreadsheets.
Several diaries are maintained on the system for surveys and repairs to enable better coordination, staff planning and communication.
A job schedule can be built by assigning different skilled tradesmen on different dates to a job. A letter can then be generated informing the homeowner of the works schedule.
Full Audit Trail
All documents and related correspondence (email, fax, sms, notes, letters and spreadsheets) are created and stored against each job on the system.
Invoicing and Commissions
ATOMS automatically generates invoices for fees and commission for all the related parties
Quality Control / Customer Service
A dedicated module has been developed to monitor and track the quality of work being performed. Policyholders are contacted throughout the progress of the job and any quality or service issues identified are recorded, managed and resolved by a diarised service tracking system.
